All Sales Are Final – Because each item is made with care, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we understand that mistakes can happen.
Exceptions for Defective or Incorrect Items – If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to a supplier error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details, and we’ll review your request.
Return Shipping – If a return is approved due to a defect or error, the item must be shipped back at your own expense. Once received and inspected, we will offer a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
